I also recognize the profound opportunities and challenges of the AI era, helping leaders navigate this socio-technical shift with clarity and purpose.

With unique insights into the multigenerational workplace, I help businesses understand and meet the expectations of emerging generations — authentic leadership, social impact, and purpose-driven work — while building engagement, productivity, and excellence.

I hold an MA in Philosophy and English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in People and Organizational Development from Roffey Park Institute. As a certified GiANT 5 Voices guide and Roffey Park Associate, I bring strategic vision and practical solutions to every partnership.
